El Capricho is a family business located in Santoña a small traditional fishing village with a rich history, known as the birthplace of canned anchovy. After 25 years of hard work and dedication the family are committed to producing a product that guarantees quality and excellence.
They exclusively produce the very best Anchovies and White Tuna that is fished directly from the Cantabrian sea also known as the Bay of Biscay. Both Anchovies caught during the spring fishing season, and their white tuna, caught in Summer season, are highly valued for their fantastic quality.
The production process is essentially traditional, and rely on the hand-crafted experience of skilled workers. This results in presenting an outstanding finished products, Anchovies with characteristic flavour, reddish colour and very meaty texture, and White Tuna with tender meat and mild flavour.
