Shipping charges (including packaging and handling) are based on product type, weight and volume.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs on the normal weekdays (working days). Subject to stock availability and payment being received.
Dispatch times don’t include Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Delivery times don’t include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider.
On receipt of goods normally a signature will be required.

Items with a long shelf can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a short-shelf life item please call our customer service team on 01925 767 584 to discuss the issue. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
In most cases, the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of the returning items.
