- 1 Jar Spanish Passion Figs In Marc De Cava Liquor
- 1 Tub Clotted Cream
- 1 Medium Orange
- 1 thick slice of British Ham (sliced into thin slices)
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Baby Mint
- PUT IT TOGETHER
- 1. Quenelle the Clotted Cream and place on the plate
- 2. Take 3 Whole Figs in Marc De Cava Liquor from the Jar
- 3. Cut the tops with a X and drizzle with the juice.
- 4. Place on top of the Cream
- 5. Zest the Orange over the Plate
- 6. Dress each Fig with a little Mint
- 7. Drizzle the plate with a little juice from the jar of Figs
