1 Jar Spanish Passion Figs In Marc De Cava Liquor
1 Tub Clotted Cream
1 Medium Orange
1 thick slice of British Ham (sliced into thin slices)
1 Bunch of Fresh Baby Mint
PUT IT TOGETHER
1. Quenelle the Clotted Cream and place on the plate
2. Take 3 Whole Figs in Marc De Cava Liquor from the Jar
3. Cut the tops with a X and drizzle with the juice.
4. Place on top of the Cream
5. Zest the Orange over the Plate
6. Dress each Fig with a little Mint
7. Drizzle the plate with a little juice from the jar of Figs
