INGREDIENTS TO GET READY

1 Jar Spicy Cherry Peppers stuffed with Line Caught Bonito Tuna

1 Large Bag Pre Washed Rocket Salad

1 Bulb fennel

1 Small lemon

Drizzle of Spanish Passion Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cracked Black Pepper & Salt

Micro Herbs to Dress

PUT IT TOGETHER

1. Place a small handful of Rocket Leaves in the centre of the plate.

2. Finely slice the Fennel and place a few slices on top of the Rocket.

3. Add 3 Spanish Passion Spicy Cherry Peppers Stuffed with Line Caught Bonito Tuna.

4. Season with Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper.

5. Zest some Lemon rind over the dish.

6. Drizzle with Spanish Passion Olive Oil.

7. Dress with Micro Herbs (optional)
