- INGREDIENTS TO GET READY
- 1 Jar Spanish Passion Chick peas
- 5 Tablespoons of Tahini
- 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Spanish Passion Hot & Spicy Harissa Sauce (depending on taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate Molasas (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- Spanish Passion Extra virgin olive Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper flakes
- 1 Bag Tapas Dippers
- PUT IT TOGETHER
- 1. Set aside 2 Tablespoons of Chickpeas for serving
- 2. Blend Tahini, Lemon Juice, Hot & Spicy Harissa Sauce, Pomegranate Molasses (if using) and remaining chickpeas in a food processor, adding water as needed, until Hummus is very smooth, season with salt
- 3. Serve Hummus drizzled with Olive Oil, and topped with Crushed red pepper Flakes and Reserved Chickpeas and accompanied with Spanish Passion Tapas Dippers
