INGREDIENTS TO GET READY
1 Jar Spanish Passion Chick peas
5 Tablespoons of Tahini
2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
2-3 Tablespoons of Spanish Passion Hot & Spicy Harissa Sauce (depending on taste)
1 Tablespoon Pomegranate Molasas (Optional)
Salt to taste
Spanish Passion Extra virgin olive Oil
Crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 Bag Tapas Dippers
PUT IT TOGETHER
1. Set aside 2 Tablespoons of Chickpeas for serving
2. Blend Tahini, Lemon Juice, Hot & Spicy Harissa Sauce, Pomegranate Molasses (if using) and remaining chickpeas in a food processor, adding water as needed, until Hummus is very smooth, season with salt
3. Serve Hummus drizzled with Olive Oil, and topped with Crushed red pepper Flakes and Reserved Chickpeas and accompanied with Spanish Passion Tapas Dippers
