Spanish Passion Nacho Bake
This is such a simple yet super tasty dish, certainly one you can teach the children to make or at least get involved in. Great for sharing before a BBQ, or whilst dinner is cooking. Can be messy but lots of fun, and a few iced Damm Mediterranean Lemon Beers would be the perfect match.

- INGREDIENTS TO GET READY
- 200g Tortilla Chips
- 200g Spanish Passion Picadillo Sauce
- 100g x Fresh Tomato Salsa
- 200ml x Harissa Sour Cream
- 1x Pinch Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 1x Red Chilli (finely Sliced)
- 1x Green Chilli (finely Sliced )
- 1x Generous pinch Chilli Flakes
- 150g x Mixed Grated Mozzarella & Manchego Cheese
- 4 x Spring Onions (very finely sliced)
- 1 x Tub Guacamole (serving suggestion)
- 40g x Sliced Jalapenos
- PUT IT TOGETHER
- 1. Form a layer of Tortilla Chips on the base of an oven proof dish. Randomly dot with dollops of Piccadillo and tomato salsa, sprinkle with Cheese, some sliced chillis and jalapeños. Repeat the build until all the ingredient are used up, and ensure that there is enough cheese to generously sprinkle over the top layer
- 2. Place in a pre-heated oven 160°C for approximately 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Tortillas are crisp and Golden Brown
- 3. Mix 150ml of sour cream with 50g Harissa sauce and a pinch of Paprikia, place in a bowl and serve with the Baked Tortillas
