- INGREDIENTS TO GET READY
- 400g Baby New Potatoes
- 2 Dessert spoons Table Salt
- 800ml Water
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
- 80ml Mojo Picon
- PUT IT TOGETHER
- 1. Wash the potatoes but do not remove the skin, place into a saucepan and add 800ml of cold water, add two dessert spoons of Table salt and the lemon juice and cook rapidly for approximately 20 - 30 minutes
- 2. Leave the pan over the heat the water should have almost totally evaporated keep shaking the pan and as the water disappears the potatoes will magically frost and wrinkle, remove from heat when the pan is totally dry
- 3. Serve at once with the peppery Red Mojo
