- INGREDIENTS TO GET READY
- 1x Bag Giant Crisps (Tapas Dippers)
- 1x Small Red Onion (finely chopped)
- 2x Cloves of Garlic (crushed &chopped )
- 100g xJalapeno peppers chopped
- 50g x Piquillo Peppers (finely chopped)
- 100g Chorizo Sausage (finely chopped)
- 100ml Dry White Wine (Berceo Verdejo)
- 200g Crumbled Manchego Cheese
- 2x Dessert spoons of chilli infused olive oil.
- PUT IT TOGETHER
- 1. Place the oil into a small saucepan over a low heat add the onion, chorizo, garlic, gently cook until the onion is tender, add the wine reduce by half, stir in the cheese until completely melted and smooth, remove from heat and add the jalapeño peppers
- 2. Place the crisps onto a flat serving plate drizzle with the sauce and pour the remaining sauce into a dipping bowl
