Shipping Changes Your item will ship as quickly as possible. I ship every other business day via USPS, and sometimes FedEx and UPS. I use priority mail on most of my USPS items. However, the Buyer understands I have the right to change shipping methods depending on the item, the box, the packing materials, or any other reasons. This change in shipment may change the actual shipping cost to me the Seller but will not increase or decrease the shipping cost to the Buyer. The shipping costs stated in the Listing are non-negotiable and will remain the same as stated in the current listing. The Buyer pays for the return shipping and is also responsible for repacking the item carefully and shipping it back to me in the condition it was received. For Cassettes, 8 track tapes and VHS tapes and tape programs because of their age, are subject to breaking or not playing correctly, I have no idea if or when they will fail or break. And they eventually will. I have no way of knowing when in the future. These tapes and or tape program are being sold “as is” and is not guaranteed in any way shape or form. These items cannot be returned. For Expired Ink, Expired Film, Expired Computer Storage items, Expired or out of date Computer Software and any other Expired or Out of Date items or Media or any Electronics, because of their age, are subject to breaking or not working correctly, I have no idea if or when they will fail or break. And they eventually will. I have no way of knowing when in the future. These Expired and Out of Date items are being sold as collector items and are being sold as not working, they are sold “as is” and they are not guaranteed in any way shape or form.
