The cookbook is previously owned. The edges of the cover are lightly bumped from normal, gentle handling and shelving. I have seen no tears, stains, or writing. There are 253 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Clampett Tater Casserole, Millionaire Meat Loaf, Chhickie Baby Baked Chicken Salad, Elly’s Buttermilk Pie, Favorite Depositor Pound Cake, and City of Angels Biscuits. This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding. This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and auctions. I’m sorry, but I am not aware of how the item has been stored or used before I received it. I frequently get asked about odors. I have a fairly “sensitive” nose — if an item has a disagreeable fragrance, that information will be included in the description. Ebay automatically adds sales tax when they deem it is appropriate — I have no control over it. I try very hard to please all of my buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx. Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies. If you do not feel that you can give all 4’s or 5’s on the DSR’s, please contact me with your concerns BEFORE leaving feedback.
