2006, Atlantic Monthly Press, 142 pgs. w / notes + index, from my collection. All the boxes are checked so no list of disclaimers. I met Chris Hitchens at an Independence Institute party (ATF, alcohol, firearms and tobacco, in prodigious quantities) on a gun range east of Denver in about 2006. He was eloquent in the delivery of his presentation, but I believe jet-lagged and pretty drunk. We didn’t engage on any significant level, but he was kind enough to allow several photos of he and I together. And then I got slightly drunk too…
