Can Bech’s black “Olivada” is prepared from Aragonese olives, which give it the excellent flavour that distinguishes this particular kind from others. It is a typical product of the Mediterranean nations, and it is known as “Olivada.” We produce it with the Aragon olive, which is the most precious of all the black olive varieties.
