Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:
Closing date for entries is 12pm, Tuesday 17th December 2019. Entries placed after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw. Entrants must be over 18 and a resident of the UK. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 18th and will be picked at random.
The winner of the prize will be contacted via the email address or telephone number where the competition entry was made and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days, or cannot take up the prize, then Spanish Passion Foods & Wines reserves the right to select another winner. Prizes will only be sent to addresses in the UK.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. Spanish Passion Foods & Wines reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or to terminate, amend, extend or shorten the promotional period at any time and without notice.

Should any technical issue arise the Promoter/Administrator reserves the right to withdraw the competition and/or any prizes that have been wrongly promised as a result of the technical problems.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant’s property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of using the application, entering the competition or accepting the prize.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The prize winner’s name and regional location can be requested from the Administrator by sending a stamped address envelope marked “Frost Festive Giveaway” to the Promoter after 01/01/2020 and before the 15/02/2020.
