I used to go to Spain for several months a year and always brought this oil home with me. I am so pleased I found it here (quick delivery and great packaging). It is an excellent spicy oil, not too fierce. I also use it as a secret ingredient in a lot of my other cooking – a little bit in soups, stews, spaghetti bolognese etc, give it an extra depth of flavour without being obviously spicy. I love it and so pleased I can now order it here in UK.
